This residential building creates 45 apartments, consisting of a mix of studios, 1 beds and 2 beds, including the creation of a podium garden and landscaped areas, all in the heart of Folkestone’s creative quarter.
Our proposed layout was carefully considered to interact with and respond to, its location, adding to the existing street scene on this currently undeveloped site.
Inspiration relating to colour and geometry has been taken from ‘The Cube’, which is a four-storey adult education and events centre sitting opposite the site, with the design contributing to Folkestone’s artistic and creative identity.
