This mixed-use development proposal for 3 commercial units, with office space and 7 residential apartments above, is located along the main stretch of Tankerton High Street, Canterbury.
Our design incorporates 3 gable bays, with a variation of building line, to break up the mass of the building and respond to the surrounding coastal vernacular.
The materials selected reflect the existing palette of brick and render along the high street, with brick-on-end detailing to create depth, with architectural and visual interest.
