We seek to provide a new, high quality dwelling, located in largely the same location as the existing building to provide a bespoke solution that responds sympathetically to site specific constraints. By utilising the existing topography and mature vegetation, the site is able to comfortably accommodate a new dwelling that is well integrated into it’s surroundings.

The scale, form and mass have been informed by the surrounding context to provide a high quality, low impact dwelling that contributes positively to the character of the area.

The proposal offers a contemporary design solution that reflects the surrounding character, whilst respecting it’s setting and context.
