The brief was to deliver a high quality and thoughtfully considered building reflecting a modern vernacular suitable for its seaside location. Each apartment has exceptional views across Joss Bay, and incorporates generous living space, balconies and private amenity space. The grey brick and gold cladding reflects a modern and luxurious aesthetic and complements the existing eclectic architecture present along the street scene.
