On Architecture was commissioned by Blueberry Homes to design a pair of truly exceptional contemporary residences, boasting sea views, within a gated community in Broadstairs.
Our design reflects contemporary architecture, incorporating a series of geometries and walls alongside coastal materials, including white render, stone wall elements and high-quality glazing to maximise views across Stone Bay.
Both homes contain 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and are between 4000 – 5500sq ft.
