Our planning application, on behalf of clients Paul Roberts Associates, is for the demolition of the existing house and garage and redevelopment of the site with a block of 37 self–contained studio apartments, massed over 4 floors.
The proposal is a sustainable development, which makes more efficient use of the previously developed site, and provides a useful contribution to the provision of much needed student accommodation, as well as adding to the mix of accommodation currently on offer in the local area.
