This design of 10 contemporary apartments has been sensitively conceived to complement the local context of Littlestone in Kent.
We have drawn from the mix of local architectural styles to produce a building of its time.
Our design features a pitched roof form with contemporary details. The street frontage is articulated with recessed and projecting elements, further enhanced by the addition of balconies. The individual pitched roof sections have a strong vertical emphasis, enhanced by the modern fenestration pattern, mix of materials and design detailing, with the interconnection of geometric shapes.
