Located on the prominent corner of Littlestone Road and Warren Road, this residential redevelopment transforms a former garage site into a contemporary collection of 10 luxury apartments.

The architectural concept is derived from the local vernacular of pitched roof forms, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. A composition of triple gables, recessed balconies and vertically proportioned glazing establishes a rhythm across the façade, creating depth, hierarchy and visual interest. The building mass is articulated as a series of interconnected volumes, reducing its perceived scale while reinforcing the corner presence. A carefully considered palette of timber cladding, metal finishes and glazing reflects a high-quality architectural expression appropriate to its coastal context.
Landscape forms an integral part of the design, softening the development and enhancing the public realm. Resident parking is discreetly integrated and screened behind a flint stone boundary wall, with timber sleeper edging, native planting and wild grass treatments creating a natural transition to the street. Together, the architecture and landscape strategy deliver a contemporary residential scheme that elevates the quality of the built environment, promotes investment in the area and establishes a distinctive addition to Littlestone’s evolving townscape.
