Binbury Park is the creation of a new garden village in Detling, incorporating over 1700 new homes, a new business park and community facilities such as schools and sports hubs.
The application was submitted for outline planning in 2018, with the aim to fund surrounding highways infrastructure for improvements to the Kent County Showground and the Aerodrome Industrial Park.
