This scheme involved the conversion and extension of the existing building, to create an industrial vernacular building, housing 14 apartments and 8 office suites, with associated parking.
The site is situated within the city walls of Canterbury and provides high value luxury apartments, with luxurious private amenity space in the form of balconies, as the building steps back on the top floor.
The brick exterior and repetitive fenestration is reminiscent of a warehouse aesthetic whilst reflecting the surrounding architecture along the street scene.
