The ADAS scheme includes the demolition of existing disused government offices, and the creation of 20 high quality bespoke homes, on the edge of the rural village of Wye in Kent.
The homes are situated around several ‘character’ areas within the site, including the green, the farmstead and country house road.
Our designs reflect the existing character of Wye, with a traditional vernacular, but featuring internal layouts which are conducive to modern, open plan living.
