We are proud to announce that our Hylands Road social housing scheme for the London Borough of Waltham Forest has been granted approval by the Council’s planning committee.

The regeneration of the existing 1950’s estate is a landmark achievement for the Borough as 100% of the new homes built will be for social rent. The scheme has been carefully designed to address the surrounding context and provides 120 much needed 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes, of which thirteen are fully wheelchair accessible and over 70% of all homes enjoy dual or triple aspect views.

The scheme also incorporates over 250 secure cycle parking spaces and provides new landscaped gardens and play areas set against the backdrop of Epping Forest, promoting social cohesion between new and existing residents and creating a worthy addition to London’s ‘Borough of Culture’.
