Landmark scheme submitted for planning
We are proud to announce that we have submitted our designs for planning consideration by Ashford Borough Council on this significant project at Beaver Road.
This milestone scheme involves the redevelopment of a former retail site, to create a landmark residential development in the heart of Ashford, offering homes and shops in close proximity to Ashford International railway station.
Our design creates commercial spaces, 223 residential homes, and a destination restaurant on the top floor with 360-degree views.
