The site benefits from good public transport links, reducing the dependency on the use of private vehicles.
Several constraints were identified during the design of this building, including the railway line situated along the southern edge of the site. This has resulted in the building location sitting along the northern edge, with the architecture reflecting an agricultural aesthetic.
