Permission granted

We are excited to announce that planning has been granted for our Evelyn Street project in Deptford. The scheme consists of a 3-storey building, providing 4 commercial units on the ground floor and 8 self-contained residential apartments above.

The commercial units encourage an active frontage, engaging the public realm and resulting in a building that’s in-keeping with the surrounding context.

Our design naturally fills a gap within the high-density street scene, creating a visually coherent and attractive building. The specified contrasting materials signify the separation between the residential and commercial uses on the building sections, creating visual interest alongside considered design.
