On Architecture’s response to COVID-19

At On Architecture we are aware that the present COVID-19 pandemic is a worrying time, and our main priority during this time is the safety of our staff, colleagues, and clients. We are constantly monitoring Government guidance and have recently taken steps to keep our staff and clients safe, whilst continuing to provide a high quality service.

Following the latest government advice, we took the decision last week to pause all face-to-face meetings in our London and Kent studios, including all other external meetings until further notice.

Meetings have been successfully taking place via conference calls and Skype to minimise contact and the potential spread of the virus, ensuring continued communication between our team and our clients.

We kindly ask that you do not attend our London or Canterbury studios at this time.

As further Government guidance has emerged this week regarding social distancing, both our studios are now moving towards home working, and we now have everything in place for this to move to full home working in due course. We will still be contactable via the office numbers and your usual contact will be available via email in the first instance.

We understand that this is an unprecedented time for us all, but we remain committed to ensuring that On Architecture continues to provide our clients with the best service possible.

If you have any concerns regarding existing or future projects, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
