We are pleased to announce that our project in Littlestone, New Romney has been granted planning approval! The scheme centres around the demolition of the former garage site, and the erection of 10 No. luxury apartments within a modern triple gable style building. The site includes a residents parking area, wrapped and disguised by a flint stone wall, alongside a timber sleeper and wild grass and boundary treatment extending around the front of the site.

The scheme stands to enhance the quality of the architecture within the area whilst encouraging investment and new opportunities. The massing and form has derived from the need to address the corner whilst invoking a coastal and contemporary aesthetic. The varied materials create visual interest, hierarchy and depth within the façade, reflecting a high quality building of its time. We have immensely enjoyed working with the client on this scheme so far, and look forward to seeing this come to fruition!
