The staff here at On Architecture are a team in more ways than one. Over the course of this year ON have been competing in a football league of other architect firms, building control firms and quantity surveying companies, in the DHA construction league.

Creating a happy work environment, isn’t restricted to the Studio. On Architecture are determined to ensure that their culture runs through all aspects of their work day and beyond, ensuring staff continue to feel valued and engaged with the business, be it professionally or socially. Football is just one of the many ways which ON and its incredible team are working together towards a common goal (Pun intended).

At the time of writing, Team ON currently sits in a respectable third place behind leaders DHA Planning Group and b&m. Playing regularly at different locations throughout Kent, it’s been not only a great opportunity to get to know other businesses in our field across the county, but also a chance for the squad to get to know their colleagues a little bit better too.

As well as the league, ON has also participated in tournaments, the most recent of which we were crowned winners of the Seapoint Cup, all in support of DEC Ukraine Appeal and Seapoint Canoe Centre.
