A Council masterplan enabling the residential development of 300 homes and creation of a new country park on a former quarry site.
The architectural language is a contemporary interpretation of the best of mid-Kent/Weald local architecture, with waterfront treatment displaying balconies and decks to reinforce a feeling of outdoor living, respecting the surrounding natural world.
This new waterside village has lakeside walks and all the benefits of the country park right on their doorsteps.
