The senior team at ON, have always taken an active role in nurturing and teaching the next generation about Architecture, and the joys (and challenges) of a career in it. The love for architecture for many of those who work within an architects practice will have started early, and we believe it’s the responsibility of those within the industry to ensure their businesses, and the industry itself, are not only sustainable, but continue to introduce young talent into their practices to breathe life and new ideas into a design landscape which is always shifting and changing.

Having a passion for space and environments, to a degree in which they elicit an emotional response from you is a great sign that a career in architecture may be for you, and it’s important for the industry to capture and encourage that. Taking time out to speak with secondary school children at their career days, or critiquing work at universities is something On Architecture continues to make a commitment to being involved in.

Most recently, one of our Associates, Philipp Hall, has spent time at King Ethelbert School in Birchington and Sir Roger Manwoods of Sandwich to speak with students about On Architecture and the industry in general. In his own words, “It’s great to see young students engaging in our industry”.

If you’d like a representative from On Architecture to be at your next Career Fair, please get in touch with the team.
