This scheme involves the creation of a one off bespoke residential dwelling on the exclusive North Foreland Avenue private estate in Broadstairs. The architecture is contemporary in its nature to reflect the varied grain of the area, and sits along the streetscape as a building of high architectural merit. The elevation is designed with a horizontal emphasis and recessed balconies to create a strong form and varied depth to the facade, in addition to maximising the views across Joss Bay. The bold mixture of materials include stone, timber and cor-ten effect cladding, which are context driven and reflect the landscaping and trees to the rear of the site.
